What is Designed Reporting in Workiva?
With Workiva's Designed Reporting features, you can create attractive and impactful designs in Documents and Presentations. These features provide flexibility to create highly-designed layouts and files — all within the Workiva platform. This enables you to keep your data in Workiva, view your report's design throughout the project, and export finished files at any time. You can also use these design features alongside Adobe® InDesign® through an InCopy Markup Language (ICML) import/export.
Designed Reporting in Workiva offers movable content, image improvements, and tools to help you stay on-brand.
You can insert floating content, such as moveable text boxes, images, charts, shapes, and tables.
You're able to insert SVG images, resize images, and reduce the image resolution when exporting.
Tools to stay on-brand
The File Colors feature allows you to share your brand colors, and with character spacing, you can enter a custom value or select your spacing.
For additional designed reporting support, view the Designed Reporting Support Hub.
