Request Portal History now available to all users
All users with at least view access to a specific request will now see a right-hand History panel within the Request Portal. The history contains a username date and timestamp entry for each workflow state transition, edit, file uploaded, and file deleted, beginning with the creation date of the Request.
The Request History simplifies the auditability and integrity of a Request to identify the chain or custody of who made a change and when.
Import/Export
Fixed: Deleted destination links now properly export to PDF with track change markup
Any destination link which was deleted and tracked with Track Change markup now exports to PDF when you choose to Include Track Changes on export. Previously, these tracked changes displayed as ### on export. Now, they show the text of the deleted and tracked destination link.

Templates now support the Run Chain event
The Run Chain event can now be used in templates. Any template containing a Run Chain event is displayed on the left-hand side of the screen along with a status indicator:
- Gray clock: This indicates the template has not yet been configured.
- Yellow warning: This indicates the configuration has been started but not finished.
- Green check: This indicates the template has been fully configured and verified.
Audit events sorted by email and name
You can now sort audit events in chains using two additional filters:
- Performed By (Email)
- Applied To (Name)

Edit Chain button added to the Monitor screen
We’ve removed the pencil icon from the Monitor screen in Chains, and replaced it with an Edit Chain button in the top right corner of the screen.
Variable transformations added to notifications
When editing commands or chains, variable transformations can now be used in the Message Body of notifications.

Added a link to the "parent" chain when viewing chain runs
When viewing the details of a chain run on the Monitor screen, you can now click on the chain name to return to the “parent” chain.
API version 1.1.0
We’ve updated the OneCloud API to version 1.1.0. These changes open up the API to non-admin users and allow Integrated Automations to execute chains.
