Error - No access to letter
I have assigned certification to the user. User received the email. User was able to access Wdesk but is getting error message. Why the error message, if he received the email with the link?

This seems to be a permissions issue. Is this for Classic Certifications or the New Certifications?

Can you please confirm if the user has the appropriate permissions to view the letter.
0User does not need any additional permissions. I trigger certifications to users wo are in Wdesk.
