Fixed: Bubble chart formatting
Previously when value formatting was applied to the backing table for a bubble chart, incorrect formatting would display on the chart. Only formatting from the first column in the table would be considered, causing an unexpected result to display on both axes in the chart.
This has now been resolved to consider the value formats from the first two columns of the backing table, making the chart display as expected.
Filing
Bulk filing is now available
Bulk filing is now available for non-Section 16 SEC filing types. This highly-anticipated feature enables you to submit multiple filings, such as 497k filings, at one time, saving clicks and increasing efficiency.
Bulk filing is available from Home and activated in the toolbar once filing selections have been made. For more information, see Create a bulk filing.
Generative AI
Upgrade to the Workiva EU Generative AI Provider: Microsoft
Workiva has upgraded the model backing the Generative AI Provider option, Microsoft. This increased the token limit for its Generative AI from 4,000 to 128,000 tokens (roughly 192 pages*). This upgrade will improve response quality, response time, and overall user experience.
To get access to Workiva Generative AI, sign up here.
If you already have access and want to try out this upgrade, open Workiva Generative AI and click the three-dot-menu, then select Settings. Then, you'll click Preferred AI Provider and choose Microsoft.
If you don't see Microsoft as an option, ask an Organization Manager to enable Microsoft in the Organization Admin page for your account.
*A token is approximately 4 English characters or about 3/4 of a word. The page count calculation assumes a page contains 500 words, which is a useful estimate for a page with single-spaced Times New Roman 12-point font.

Improved "Select all" report filter behavior
The Select All option within report filters has been updated. Now when this option is applied, you'll see:
- All values in the filter are checked.
- The filter icon shows in the column header.
- The filter icon in the toolbar shows a filter is applied.
- A new draft view is created.

If your ESG Explorer has the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) enabled, you can download PDFs of the original source files — as published by the European Commission — including the corrigendum published to the Official Journal.
