Copying Markup Documents
已回覆Is there functionality in place today to keep the Markups in the attached document when replaced with a new attachment? I know there is functionality to rollover the Markups from prior quarters. However, when replacing the document with the current quarter document, all of the markups in the original attachment are removed and our teams have to re-create the markups in the attachment for the current quarter. It would be a huge timesaver if there was functionality to replace the attachment but apply the markups from the original attachment to the new attachment.

Currently, there is no functionality in place to automatically retain and apply markups from an original attachment to a new attachment when replacing the document. When an attachment is replaced, markups may be displaced or removed, and users are required to recreate the markups manually. This is expected behavior at this time.0
Thanks Isabel. Are there any plans to build such functionality into the tool? I believe I had found a thread from 3 years ago where it was being considered. This would be a huge time savings for our team if this functionality existed.
