Please add back the certifier cc functionality
In the past, you could elect to assign one person as a 'Certifier cc' for any Wdesk user. The Certifier cc would be copied on any automated certification emails that went to that member.
Does that functionality exist today? If so, how do I access it?
If not, can you consider adding it to the roadmap?

Great question! We do still have this functionality. An important note here is that the Certifier CC will only receive notifications, not links to complete the certification.
Your Customer Success Manager would be the best contact to add / remove any Certifier CC's. They can get the ball rolling internally, for us to set this up on the backend. I've went ahead and reached out to your accounts CSM, they'll be excepting a message!
