ESG Certification
已回覆I am attempting to set up my first ESG Certification (and Letter) in Workiva, but I am unable to add more than one question to a Letter template. Workiva shows a navigation panel, but I do not have one. When I open the Letter template, I am prompted to add "text", "question", or "attachment" content, but after selecting one content option, I am unable to add more.
Any insight is appreciated!

Hi Lauren Clark,
There a couple of things I would recommend double checking first to ensure you are able to add more content options. The first would be to verify that the workspace roles (i.e. Certifier Creator / Certifier Admin) are correct. More information on roles can be found here. The second would be the panel view (see image below). Is this the view that you see on your end? Typically if a Letter is created from scratch you can click to add the first item in the middle of the screen, then go to the "+" icon for additional questions. I hope this helps!

Hi MacKenzie - thank you for the advice! The issue resolved itself (I believe my Workiva updated and the "+" to add additional content appeared!). Appreciate the response, and I'm happy to report that I can create ESG Certification Letters now.
