將試算表連結到 Wdata 表格

工作表的擁有者可以連接工作表作為<!-- another sheet or--> Wdata 表的來源，他們有權限編輯 Wdata 表。例如，若您在一個工作表中管理維度資料（例如帳戶層級對應），您可以建立一個傳出連線，讓 Wdata 維度資料表中反映出最新的值。當您將工作表連接到一個表格時，其資料會以連接資料集的形式顯示在表格上，您可以從表格或試算表重新整理這些資料。 

提示： 您可以將工作表連接到多個目的地，但每個表格只能連接一次。您也可以從表中新增工作表作為連線資料集 。

1. 在試算表中，開啟試算表以連結到表格。
2. 從 Connections 面板或 Data 工具列新增連線：
   • 從 Connections 面板的 Outgoing 下，按一下 Add Connection。
     
   • 從資料 工具列，按一下新增連線,傳出連線 。
     
3. 選擇傳送資料到 Wdata 表 ，然後按一下下一步：選擇目標 ：選擇目的地 。
4. 搜尋並選取要連結的表格，然後按一下 Next。
5. 在 Dataset name 中，輸入工作表新連線表格資料集的名稱。
6. 將表的欄位對應到工作表的欄位。
7. 若要包含任何 Organization 追蹤的資料集中繼資料，例如源或版本，請選取其標籤和值以套用。
8. 按一下「完成」(Finish)。

When you connect a sheet to a table, its data appears on the table as a connected dataset, which you can refresh from the table or spreadsheet. For example, if you manage dimensional data—such as account hierarchy mappings—in a sheet, you can create an outgoing connection to keep a dimension table up-to-date with its values.

Tip: You can also add a sheet as a connected dataset from the table.

To connect a sheet to a Wdata table as a connected dataset:

1. In the spreadsheet, select the sheet to connect to the table.
2. Add the connection from the Connections panel or Data toolbar:
   • From the Connections panel, under Outgoing , click Add Connection, Wdata Table .
     
   • From the Data toolbar, click Connection, Add Outgoing Connection , Wdata Table.
3. Search for and select the table to connect to, and click Next.
4. In Dataset name, enter the name for the sheet's new connected dataset on the table.
5. Map the table's columns to the sheet's.
6. To include any metadata your organization tracks about the dataset, such as source or version, select the tags and values to apply.
7. Click Finish.

When you connect a sheet to another sheet, the source sheet's data appears on the destination sheet as an incoming connection, which you can refresh from either spreadsheet.

Tip: You can also connect a sheet as a source for another sheet from the destination spreadsheet.

To connect a sheet as a data source for another sheet:

1. In the spreadsheet with the data to use as a source, select the sheet to connect.
2. Add the connection from the Connections panel or Data toolbar:
   • From the Connections panel, under Outgoing , click Add Connection, Spreadsheet .
     
   • From the Data toolbar, click Connection, Add Outgoing Connection , Spreadsheet.
3. Search for and select the spreadsheet and sheet to push data to, and click Connect.

重新整理傳出連線

若要使用最新資料更新工作表的連線表，請從連線 面板或資料 工具列刷新其輸出連線。您可以同時刷新多個連線。

注意：若要重新整理傳出連線，您需要有工作表及其連結表格的所有者或編輯者權限。

• 若要重新整理特定連線，請從 Connections 面板的 Outgoing 下，按一下 Refresh Connection。 
  
• 若要刷新工作表的所有傳出連線，請開啟工作表，然後從Data 工具列中按一下Update,Share updates 。
  

篩選連結

要輕鬆使用連結面板，請按下篩選，然後選擇要查看的連結：

• 要查看試算中的所有連結，請選擇整個文件。
• 要僅查看目前工作表的連結，請選擇目前選取範圍。

在試算表和表格之間建立新連線

將工作表連接到資料表後，您可以在兩者之間建立新連線，以便根據工作表的最新資料追加資料集。例如，如果您按年滾動財務資料，您可以每年為基於每個期間的資料集建立新連接。

在已連結的工作表和表格之間建立新連線時：

• 現有連接 保留在表中，作為靜態資料集，您不能再更新它。如果您不再需要此資料集，可以從表 中移除它。
• 新連線 會顯示在表格上，作為它自己的連線資料集。您可以從試算表或表格刷新此連線，以取得最新資料。

若要在表格和已與其連結的工作表之間建立新連線：

1. 從 Connections 面板，在 Outgoing 下方，從現有的連線選單選取 Create new connection。
   
2. 在 New dataset name 中，輸入唯一名稱以識別表格上新連線的資料集。
3. 按一下 Create connection。

開啟傳出連線的試算表或目標

在 Connections 面板中，您可以從其選單快速開啟傳出連線的工作表或表格：

• 若要在電子表格中開啟連線的工作表，請選擇移至來源工作表 。
• 要在 Wdata 中開啟連線的表格，請選擇開啟目的地資料 。

移除輸出連接

若要在連線的工作表中保留來源工作表目前資料的快照，請中斷其連線。當您中斷傳出連線時，工作表的資料會保留在其連線的表中，但您無法再刷新連線以取得最新資料。

若要中斷連線 面板中的傳出連線，請在傳出 下 ，選擇從連線的功能表中移除連線 。

傳出連線和權限

工作表的所有者只能將工作表連結自己有所有者或編輯者權限的表格。

如果您與其他人協作處理試算表，他們對傳出連線的存取權取決於他們的工作表和表格權限。
