Find and Replace command in Workiva.

I have two files one with Double quotes in data(") , One without the Double quotes(").
Using Find and replace tool in File utilities, I am replacing (") with BLANKS. but when am processing the 2nd file without the double quotes, its giving me warning saying, patter not found.
How do I leverage this Find and Replace command for both the files? basically I need to add a condition to skip this command if no patterns are found.
Kindly help.

You can change the link condition from Green (Success) to Always/Any (Grey) to account for when the Find and Replace doesn't find the pattern.

I have tried this, but the sub-chain incorporating this is giving me the warning and chain including this sub-chain also not completing with success message

At this point, I'd need more information to help you. I need a screenshot of the log tab on the errored node to better understand the issue you are facing.

Hi Tony,
Attaching screenshot1 where I had the special character like (") in my file using F&R command, I successfully replaced it.
Screenshot 2 has no character like ("), but F&R command is warning as pattern was not found and entire status of chain is a warning, which is not acceptable.
Kindly advise.

Hi Madhuri, Since a warning is expected when the pattern is not found, you can set the chain result to pass at the end of the chain logic. More information on setting a chain result can be found at https://support.workiva.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047674551-Set-a-chain-s-result
