Review Draft Visibility
BesvaratIn Next Gen, is it possible for review drafts to be accessible by all document editors vs. just document owners? Sometimes comments from a review draft become disconnected in the live draft and editors would like to look at the original comment left in the review draft. However, they do not seem to have access to view the review drafts unless they are a document owner. I know I could add all editors to the original review distribution and that would solve the problem, but I would prefer not to do that since the situations where editors need to see the review draft are limited. Thanks.

I was cleaning up some topics today and found this one. Realizing I totally missed this one. Apologies there, Mark. You probably already found your answer but I'm happy to at least provide for future readers.
The answer to this is yes, in two parts. In the new Workiva platform, the Send for Review feature doesn't require the user being sent to to have permission to the live file, only a seat in your Workspace. No role (i.e. Member), Starter or Viewer roles would be sufficient to send to. Furthermore a recent addition to this feature also allows you to set a document to allow for Editors, or Editors and Viewers to send a review, which was previously restricted to only Owners.
