Share File across ESG and SEC workspace

Hi Team,

We plan to create CSRD report content in our ESG Workspace and then share this report with the SEC Workspace where the CSRD content has to be included as a part of an existing financial report.Apart from 'Move' and ' Workiva Export' functionality is there any other option available for sharing full report contents along with XBRL Tagging from one workspace to another?Can an entire report be shared using Smart Links for example?

    Hi Gaurav! Currently, Move and Export are the only options to share a full Document and its XBRL tagging across workspaces. The two reports would remain separate Document files, which you would need to combine into a single XBRL profile.

    Alternatively, you could use Query to share the ESG Program metric values across workspaces, to then incorporate into your financial report and tag accordingly.

    Hi Steve, 

    For all CSRD reporting, this will be a requirement, also for us. Ideally we would want to separate the workspace between financial reporting and ESG, but still be able to have a combined document, where access rights are respected.
