Roll forward or copy processes - update due dates

Hi,

When we build processes we use the due date functionality within tasks. Some of the processes also use the One after another functionality.

The question is twofold - if we experience a delay and want to give downstream preparers extra time, is there a functionality that updates the dates in downstream tasks if the date in an upstream task is changed?

When we roll forward the process, is there a way to automatically update all dates based on a starting point? We mostly have the same number of working days for the tasks.

    Update: If you're using Workiva’s Integrated Workflow Management (IWM) solution, you can leverage Calendars to track task deadlines, manage process events, and visualize schedules in one place. (Note: Workiva Calendars are currently available in select Financial Reporting and Financial Services solutions).

    Hi Kristian Gauperaa,

    Currently there is no "auto-update" for due dates in actions. If a user were to roll-forward (copy) their Process, there is an option to bulk update the "Due Date or Approval Due Dates" fields. Here is the support article walking through this!
