Processes - "apply to all tasks" edit option
We set up a few processes for our audit data collection templates. Each process has over 100 actions. We realized that if we need to make a small change (such as edit instruction box or change a due date for all tasks), we need to click on each individual action. Is there a way to edit by applying to all? We would like to start creating some processes but we know the due date may change and we do not want to go back and manually update each action. This will also become a time consuming project when we make a copy of the process for the next reporting cycle, as we will need to update each and every action each time.

Sorry for my delay in getting to your question here. You may have found the answer already, but wanted to provide an update for you.
The answer here is both yes and no. Currently it is possible to bulk update a Process and edit things like the due date. Here's a Help article on that subject. https://support.workiva.com/hc/en-us/articles/22939972933652-Bulk-edit-actions-in-a-process
What is missing though is the ability to bulk edit the Instructions portion of the Tasks. That is something that we are looking into and I'd be happy to add your use case and suggestion to the pot for added consideration. It is on the future roadmap to be done, and we'll keep you updated here as well on progress.
