Hello

How do I create a new process, without migrating an old one? In the old version, I would send out letters to three different groups as part of one certification process. Now, I have to create three different certification processes but I cannot find any instructions in how to create a new process from scratch. I have all the templates, but I cannot figure out how to pull a template into a new letter. 

Am I the only one who finds these changes to be extremely complicated?
