Combine processes
답변함Hi Team,
we have created an 'overall' process for all 2026 reporting tasks and created sub process groups within this 2026 process to organize all process steps (first and final delivery of an input file, first and final completion of a check file etc.) to distribute tasks to the respective users.
Last year we created 3 certification processes which I rolled forward by copying them.
Question: can I integrate these 3 certification processes into my 2026 master process?
Thanks and regards
Anja

Hi Anja!
Thanks for your question, and sorry for the delay. We are happy to help here.
Sadly, there is no way to directly "integrate" or merge your 3 copied certification processes into your 2026 master process. Here's a workaround for you.Rebuild the certification actions in your 2026 master process
- - Open your 2026 master process
- - Go to Add Action > Certification (or Bulk Certification)
- - Add your certification letters and configure the signer/approver steps, due dates, and reminders
- - The letters themselves are stored in the Letters tab — you can reuse existing letter templates across processes, so you don't need to recreate the letter content from scratch
Here's the advantage: A single letter template can be used in multiple certification actions within a process, so once your letters are created/available as templates, adding the certification actions to your master process is straightforward.Considerations
- - Review your Certification Settings (Settings > Certification tab) before starting the process — automatic approval, reminder schedules, etc. cannot be changed once the process starts
- - Make sure to review and update assignees, due dates, and letter content for the 2026 cycle
Below are the relevant Help articles for these steps. Let me know if you have any follow-ups or need anything else.
