Data Security within Spreadsheet
We have a spreadsheet report built with market selection in POV. The data changes with change in market selection.
I need to know if we can limit the data visibility in that single report in such a way that UK market user should see only UK data and not other market data. If yes how can we do that ?

Hi Samir!
You are able to hide data by either using Sort and Filter, or you can use features like hiding rows and columns or using overlays to make viewing your spreadsheet data even easier. I have included an article here, that walks you through how to use sort and filter. I have also included an article here, that shows you how to hide columns and rows.

Actually we have market selection in POVs in most of our reports, is there any way we can limit the POV selection in report based on user grp.
Eg: If user belonging to Australia_Group is accessing the report he should be able to select only Australia from Entity POV drop down. Is there any way to achieve it.

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to limit the POV based on the entity group in your example. I would recommend reaching out to support as they may be able to find a workaround for you! I have included their contact information below. Hope this helps!
