Timing of Directed Comments email notifications
답변함When do directed comments get released (ie the emails sent), and where is this timing located? I would like to see if I need to amend this from, for example, at the end of the day as sometimes we need a quicker turnaround. Thanks.

If I follow you correctly, I think you might be referring to the bundled email setting in Wdesk, which I touched on briefly just yesterday on this post.
To reiterate, you can adjust when the emails for directed comments, tasks, etc. are sent from Wdesk by editing this setting. Currently you have adjust this from Classic Account Admin as its not fully moved into next gen Workspaces as of yet. To adjust, you would change the Minimum Notification to be shortest time interval to send those emails and the Maximum Notification Delay to set the longest time period a user would wait to get the email.

Hi Mike, is this capability here yet (thread was 2 years ago). I'd like again to ensure that notifications of directed comments are bundled so that the email comes once a day. Maybe it defaults to once a day?

Hi Barbara!
Bundled emails are still here but have not quite yet been brought into Workspace Settings. They are planned to be brought in, in conjunction with an improved messaging experience. We anticipate that happening later this quarter. In the meantime, you can access the settings today from Classic Account Admin, however.
I can confirm that directed comments would be included in this bundled. I believe the default is what is shown in the picture, i.e. a minimum of 10 mins. to max of 30 mins. before send.

A quick update, you can find this info in both Workspace Settings and in Organization settings too.
