If your company has both ESG and Governance, Risk, & Compliance (aka GRC) workspaces, you can share an ESG Program with your GRC workspaces. This enables the GRC workspace members — like your internal auditors — to add connections between their data forms and your ESG metrics, to help provide assurance about the values you disclose. You can find more information about this feature in Support Center.
Is it possible to share ESG program with other workspaces like SEC etc?

Currently, you can share an ESG Program with only GRC workspaces, to enable the GRC Connections described above.
Sharing an ESG Program with other, non-GRC workspaces is an interesting idea, though. Can you provide some more context around what you would want to share? For example, sharing an ESG Program with GRC workspaces shares only the metric names and descriptions, but no values or data. Thanks!

Steve Stegelin I think the question was how to easily syndicate ESG metric details and values to other solutions/workspaces for consumption, e.g., GSR for statutory reporting that requires ESG-related disclosure or, similarly, for SEC in the future. However I understand now the recommendation is more along the lines of sharing a table (or query, in the future?) of that ESG data with consuming solutions/workspaces.

Thanks, Andrew! And yes, the need to share ESG data with other, non-GRC workspaces definitely makes sense (especially given yesterday's big news on the SEC climate disclosure rules). As you mention, while you can currently share an ESG Program directly with only GRC workspaces, you can use Wdata tables to share its data across workspaces (as explained elsewhere in the Community). As Andrew alludes to, Workspace Owners can also share queries across workspaces, such as one tailored to only the ESG data necessary for the other workspace's needs. Note that this would require at least one member of the workspace you share the query with to have the Run Remote Queries role. Thanks!
