This article is for:
- Companies with both Sustainability Reporting and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) workspaces
If your company has both Sustainability Reporting and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), internal auditors can add GRC Connections between data forms and your Sustainability Program metrics to help provide assurance for values your company discloses in its sustainability reporting.
Share Program with GRC workspaces
To enable GRC Connections, a Program Owner must share their Sustainability Program with the GRC data forms.
Note: When you share a Program, all of your company's GRC data forms can access it. No values are shared; GRC members can view only the Program's name and the names and descriptions of its metrics.
- From Sustainability Program, select the Program to share.
- From Program overview, select Program settings from the menu.
- Enable Enable GRC connections, and click Save.
View a metric's GRC Connections
When you share a Program with GRC members, you can view a metric's connected data forms — such as risks or controls — from GRC Connections.
Note: Your company can manage a metric's GRC Connections from the data forms.
Restrict program from GRC workspaces
To prevent data forms from accessing a Program or its metrics, turn off Enable GRC connections from Program settings, and click Save.
