Message file stripping text

"The length of books is not being supported for Entity with code/s <variable> Books used: <variable>. Please reupload the report with revised books. If the issue still persists please raise a SD ticket for further investigation.

This is an automated notification from Workiva."
But actual email body looks like this:
"The length of books is not being supported for Entity with code/s <variable>, Books used: <variable> ;. Please reupload the report with revised books. If the issue still persists please raise a SD ticket for further investigation. -- This is an automated notification from Workiva."
What would be the fix to get the same message output as an input actually sent to a user?

Hi Lukas Rakickas, I'll need a bit more information. Could you please paste in the full LOGS tab output (excluding any private/sensitive information) of the failed node?

Hey this was actually not a failed node. From node perspective everything was working and notification is being sent to respective users, however the format of how it was sent changed (as per give example spacing disappeared).

Is this message being sent via a Chain/Command Notification, Send Email command, or some other way? If you can provide a screenshot or more details about how the message is being generated and sent, that would be helpful.
