Improved customer feedback experience
The feedback we receive from you, our customers, is the lifeblood of what makes the Workiva Platform the incredible experience it is today. Your valuable input is what fuels our inspiration and guides us on our journey to provide a powerful yet simple-to-use array of products and solutions. Our platform is, and always will be, designed with your wants, needs, and desires in mind (we’re still working on that chocolate fountain request).
Recently, we've made significant improvements to how we manage your feedback internally. We made these improvements to streamline and simplify the feedback process to give you greater visibility into the status of your requests. What are these enhancements? I’m glad you asked!
A Dedicated Team
On our end, we have drummed up a team of passionate individuals who are tasked with capturing all your wonderful ideas and keeping you up-to-date on new developments and responding to any questions you might have. Now, wherever you provide your feedback, you’ll always be met with the same group of knowledgeable and friendly folks.
A Speedy and Honest Response
We seek to offer a best-in-class service in all that we do, and the same is true when we handle your thoughtful suggestions. Whether it's a simple acknowledgment of your feedback, an update of how we plan to progress with your idea, or that we’re not able to address soon, we will provide a prompt and informative response that gives you greater visibility into our plans.
Out With the Old, In With the New
This week you will notice the Feedback button in Workiva is no longer present. Instead, the feedback experience will move to the Workiva Community. If you’ve not been before, it’s a popular place to provide your feedback. You can quickly and easily share your feedback, add votes, and/or chime in with a comment on any existing requests. This helps a single but valuable idea grow and gain some serious traction. To learn more, check out this post on how to share your feedback.
More and More Transparency
In today’s culture, Workiva recognizes that transparency is essential to our customers, and it’s important to us. This focus on openness is at the heart of our feedback process, and our recent improvements make it effortless for you to check the status of your suggestion in real-time, in a secure location on the Workiva Support Center. Learn more here about how to navigate your requests.

And if you’ve got some product feedback to give, let us know, or give feedback in email, over the phone to Customer Support, or in-app Chat, and it will still find its way to our feedback team.
