Capturing questionnaire within wdesk

Hi Team,

I wanted to know if Wdesk has capability to capture the questionnaire document where users can work collaboratively and answers multiple choice - questions with radio buttons/checkboxes. Please help.

    Hi Rahul, and welcome to the community!

    Thanks for your question. Today, the answer is a bit of a yes and no. We do have classic Certifications available which have a questionnaire type format, though these are being sunset and replaced (outlined here). The new replacement does not yet have a multiple choice button/checkbox functionality as of yet, though it's planned to be added. I am happy to get you connected there and will keep you updated on it's progress.

    As a workaround, you could use a Data Validation in a Spreadsheet or table to create a dropdown choice for users to select and you could use a Process to send recipients to a file. Here's some articles on those features:
