We're excited to announce a major upgrade to how you manage your company’s request for fonts to be added to Workiva. We've launched a new, direct path for your font requests! ✨
What's New?
If there’s a font your company would like to use, you can now submit requests via our new Customer Self-Service Font Request Form 📝. This change will streamline the font request and installation process, allowing you to communicate directly with our Fonts Team.
What are the benefits?
- Faster Results ⚡: By submitting all required information upfront, you streamline the process, which will lead to reduced delivery times.
- Direct Communication 💬: You will communicate directly with our dedicated Fonts Team, ensuring faster clarification.
- More Transparency ✅: The new process will allow you to stay updated on your request every step of the way, providing guidance on progress and next steps.
How to get started:
- Check our Supported Font Library: Curious what fonts we already support that can readily be enabled on your Workiva Organization? Review our Supported Fonts help center article for a complete list.
- Submit a Request: If it’s a new or supported font, use the Font Request Form to alert our team.
- Track Progress: You can access your submitted request by opening the Support Center, clicking on your profile in the top right corner, and selecting My Activities to view all requests.
- Enjoy your enabled font!

Do I need a separate ticket for each font request? |
No. To ensure the fastest processing time, please include all of your font needs in a single request. This allows our team to review your entire project at once and keeps all communication in one place. |

Can I request all fonts to be added to a workspace? |
You may request any font. However, we do not offer the option for customers to add ALL available fonts. Instead, we ask customers to request only fonts they have a need for. Adding unnecessary fonts will affect performance and load time of documents in the app. |

Is there a limit on font requests? |
There is not a “limit” on font requests. We address each customer request separately and the process differs based on the font type (Open Source, Custom, or Commercial). Our ability to license or approve a purchase will determine if it can be added on a case-case basis. |

How can I access my ticket once I've submitted the form? |
You can access your request by opening the Support Center, clicking on your profile in the top right corner, and selecting My Activities to view all requests . |

How long does it take for a font to be installed? |

Where should I go for help or questions about the process? |
You should use the Self-Service Font Request Form for all new requests and any questions related to a specific font request, as all communications will take place over the Zendesk ticket. You can visit the Support Portal to view, update, or manage all of your open tickets. |

You can review our Help Center article for a list of supported fonts. |
