Renaming entity codes (dimension) in the Sustainability Program

Due to our complex entity structure we need to have the possibility to rename entity codes (dimensions), e.g. in the Sustainability Program. Creating a new entity and archiving the old one in case of changes is not sufficient for us. Thank you!

    Hi Pia!

    Thanks for the question. You can rename entity codes (dimensions) in the Sustainability Program by following these steps:

    1. Navigate to the Program Overview in your Sustainability Program.
    2. Select Manage Dimensions from the menu.
    3. From the dimension's menu, choose Update Dimension.
    4. Edit the dimension's name as needed and click Save.
     
    Important Notes:
    - Renaming a dimension updates its name across all metrics in the program.
    - To rename an inactive dimension, first filter for inactive dimensions and then proceed with the renaming.
