Make sure you include to update the connection "year range end" in the support article outside the community post!! I've been down a rabbit hole trying to figure out why my test 2026 metric values and notes were not pulling into the factbook sheets. This video was great, but I was unaware it existed until our CSM pointed it out, and was able to solve my issue by updating the year end range on the connections panel.
0Thank you for the valuable feedback, Hayley White! I'm sorry for the frustration the missing info caused.
You're absolutely right, this is a key area to update! I will request an update to the main support article to explicitly include the 'year range end' step. We will also ensure these connection parameters are highlighted more clearly in our future video updates. Thanks again for helping us make our resources better!
