Hello Dears,
I couldn't find all the roles i have here in the workiva website.
Article on understanding workspace roles and organization roles don't cover all the roles here could you please give me detailed information of scope and feature on each one of these lines?
I have a visibility of below listed role under workspace roles options.

Most of these are housed in our Support articles including:
- Workspace roles will cover the Copy Manager, Workspace Member, XBRL Manager, Workspace Support User, Workspace Owner, Viewer, Workspace Admin, Content Manager, Editor, Limited Starter, Comment Admin,
- Chain Roles and Permissions: Chain Owner, Chain Builder,
- GRC Roles can be found here: This includes Data Admin, Manager, Tester, External Auditor, Reviewer, Process Owner, Form Layout Editor, Preparer
- Using feature add-ons: The items for Dashboards ( Full ), Data, PBC Requests, Remediation, Reports ( Full ) and Testing can be found here
Here are the definitions for those not explicitly stated in a Support article:- Certifier Creator - can create templates, processes, & letters but can only manage ones they created.
- Data Sharing Managers - can connect two sheets in different workspaces so they can exchange data.(This role won't be able to edit files unless they are also assigned the Editor role at the workspace level)
- Run Remote Queries - The Run Remote Queries role allows a single, assigned user to act as the "mediator" for all query runs in a workspace. In effect, the selected user is granted full access to the query -- and everyone else in the workspace is permitted to run it by "borrowing" their permissions
- KVK Filing Role - supports a direct filing capability with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK)
- Companies house filing - Workiva now supports filing directly with Companies House. This allows you to tag XBRL and create reports for UK-based entities and directly file these reports with Companies House without needing to export or use a 3rd party tool.
