Suspended User - Inactivity
We have several users that only input information in Workiva on an annual basis. Because of this, we have had some users get automatically suspended due to inactivity. How long does a user have to be inactive before they get suspended? As an organization admin, can I change the length of inactivity time so users don't get suspended so frequently?

Workiva does not suspend users solely based on inactivity. Instead, users are suspended when they are removed from all workspaces within an organization. This suspension prevents login access but retains their permissions and licenses, allowing reactivation by re-adding them to a workspace.As an organization admin, you cannot directly change the inactivity time that leads to suspension since it is tied to workspace membership. However, you can manage session timeout settings for inactivity, which is separate from suspension, through the security settings in the Organization Admin panel.0
