Workiva Chains Connection to Dremio - ODBC or any other connector?

Hi,

We are checking to see if there are any connectors in Workiva to use to connect to Dremio data source.

Do we have ability to connect using ODBC connectivity?

Hi Srikanth Adi,

Dremio does provide both ODBC and JDBC drivers here https://docs.dremio.com/current/client-applications/drivers/. To potentially use this within Chains, please see the JDBC Connector documentation.

Dremio also publishes their REST API documentation here https://docs.dremio.com/current/reference/api/. These could potentially be used in Chains via the HTTP Request Connector.

Thanks Jeff Hickey for quick response.

Unfortunately, in our environment, we do not have GroundRunner available. We have only CloudRunner.

Looks like JDBC connection works via GroundRunner.
