    Hello again, Kathleen!

    Let me see if I can knock this one out for ya.

    There are two ways that you would be able to know if your files are next gen vs. Classic.

    1. The icons are slightly different with the next gen versions being square, whereas Classic is rectangular. Here's some examples:
    2. When you open the file, the Classic versions will try to open in a new browser tab and will likely ask you to run Flash, whereas next gen files will open right within your Home view, not within a new browser tab.

    As an option to help with this debacle, you could use the Transition Status icons next to the files in Home to identify them more quickly, or have Classic disabled on your Workspace so that you cannot open the Classic files nor create them and they would be greyed out.
