    Hi Liz,

    Form 13F-HR is a unique one in Wdesk, for sure. Let me see if I can help resolve this issue.

    When you are preparing the information table, make sure to fill out all that is required. In some instances, the section for "Other Manager" needs to have data input into it as well. This would depend on what you supply in the "Information Table" section, such as the report types "Notice" or "Combination Report". If something were missing, the corresponding files needed to complete the 13F-HR filing would not be created and I would expect a message such as that. The error should provide you with what might be missing.
