    Hi there,

I wanted to provide an updated workaround to Replace a Signer!

Step 1 — Add the new signer

Step 2 — Skip the original signer
    • Once the new user has been added, go to the certification action's details in the Process tab and click Skip in the dropdown next to the original signer's name.
    • This removes the original signer from the flow and moves the action forward to the new signer.
    • Instructions: Sign a certification letter
Note: This workaround does result in an additional signer step being added rather than a true replacement. The original signer is bypassed via the Skip function, and only the new signer will action the letter.

Welcome to the Community Rosaria Arrabito!

Currently, tasks can’t be edited once the process has been run. However, there are some workarounds for this:

    1. You could either add an additional task and add the new user to that task, plus cancel the one with the user that is not responsible.

    2. Or, second option is to cancel the process and make a copy and edit the task as needed and then hit the run button.

    Hope this helps!
