Changing Approver in New Certification Experience after it is kicked off
In the new Process/Certifications experience is it possible to change the approver once kicked off? I had an approver leave and it is stuck in limbo now. I have read that the classic certification had a Is Mark As Signed option, does that still exist?

Michael Nemeth the ability to skip has now been released.
Hi Michael Nemeth Skip/Marked as signed is coming in the next couple weeks. Right now, you would have to cancel the action, send a new one for the signer to re-assign and the new approver to approve.
0Yeah, the inability to cancel within the same Process and resend within the same Process is a huge problem. Why didn't y'all address before rolling out? This shows you didn't consider that people need to make changes and make mistakes and need to correct things. Seems fundamental.
0Hi Pat Flanakin sorry for the frustration this has caused. Processes has the ability to cancel and resend within the same process. You could click the dropdown on the particular certification action and select cancel. That would cancel the existing task. Then you could add a new certification action to that process. Please check the image here for more info.
0Michael Nemeth please see above
0I see....you can add an action within the Process and attach the same letter and resend after canceling something. That is what I needed to know. Thanks.
0Enobong Udoko Thank you for that. I was aware that you could cancel and resend.
However, when administering certifications with a control owner and subsequent approver, if the approver is incorrect or leaves the Company the only recourse to correct is to cancel and ask the control owner to re-certify what they already completed as you have to cancel their prior work. Would just be nice to have the option to correct or a minimum skip or what was call Marked as Signed instead of asking someone to reperform work.
1Michael Nemeth I understand. The ability to skip and mark as signed is planned for release in the next few weeks.
