Status Color Representation

Hi,

In the new certification process, under the status we see various color represented, for different activities.

One such activity is, when a process is completed 100% the color is Green.

We also see a process which is 100% but the status color is represented in Black, may you know why is the case?

Could you please provide us a list as to which each color represents?

    This article explains each color in relation to status, there are 5 in total. 
    • Green = Complete
    • Grey = Sent
    • Black= Canceled
    • Orange = Returned
    • Blue = Approved
