For security reasons we only allow company email accounts tied to the customer company to be registered by the Administrator user. This means that the email address used needs to have the same domain that the Administrator has been registered with. Therefore, for instance, a ParsePort employee would need to use a @parseport.com domain.
If you hire external XBRL consultants to assist you with the conversion and creation of the report, they need to be provided with a company email in order to be given access to the ParsePort Platform.
