You can upload files to Workiva to keep backups of documents or store files. Additionally, you can use file uploads to share items with team members. After you upload a file, you can download it to use and view it. To you upload files, you need to have an Editor role or higher.
If you need to open and work with a document, import it instead.
You can upload:
- Max file size: 250mb

Upload a file
To upload a file from Home:
- Go to Files and select All Files.
- Click Upload . This opens a file browser dialog where you can select files on your computer.
- Select the file you’d like to upload and click Open.
Download a file
To download an uploaded file, find the file and click the file name. This opens a new tab where you can then download the file.
