Create a filing
The Workiva Filing experience walks you through each step of the filing process – from collecting documents to final live filing with the SEC. To create a filing, simply click Create in the main menu and select Filing.
Prepare a filing
The information you enter on each step depends on the filing type you are submitting.
Filing notifications
After collecting the documents, labeling them, and providing form information, you can decide who should be notified about the filing by email.
Review a filing
You can review your entire filing and do a test file before you complete your live filing. Live filing follows the same steps, with the additional acknowledgement that you are filing with the SEC.
