A recent release to the Workiva Platform included improvements to the following products and features:

Chains

Microsoft Dynamics CRM connector now integrates with Microsoft Sustainability Manager

We've added a Custom Headers field to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM connector's Retrieve command that will enable it to connect to Microsoft Sustainability Manager.

When configuring the Retrieve command, simply enter the necessary OData headers to either limit the data per call or display custom OData values.

Certifications

Exporting all certification letters to PDF

When exporting all certification letters to PDF, you can now choose to include the Response history, Notes, Hyperlinks, or Tags in your export. When including Hyperlinks, any attachments in the letters will be available to download via hyperlinks in the exported PDF files. A zip file containing separate PDF files for each letter in the process will be created.

Designed Reporting

Object Select Mode in Documents

You can now quickly select multiple floating objects in one click-and-drag using Object Select Mode in Documents. This allows you to easily move, resize, align, copy, and/or apply object settings at once.

Note: This feature is only available to those with access to Designed Reporting in their workspace.

Update to "Trouble signing in?" wording on the login page

The “Trouble signing in?” wording on the login page has been reworded to “Forgot password?” for better clarity.

Notification of number of hidden slides in export

You will now be notified of the number of included hidden slides when exporting a presentation to PDF or PPTX.
