To help collect data for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting, ESG Program Owners and Editors can assign workspace members to collect and verify metric values:
- Assignees collect and prepare values for ESG Program metrics.
- Approvers verify the data collected meets the metric's requirements.
Tip: To help ease data collection, metric value tasks can include detailed instructions, in addition to guidance or requirements of the metric's reference attachments or related ESG content.
When values are ready for preparation or approval, the assignee or approver — respectively — receives their task:
- From Home, under Tasks
- As a notification In their email inbox
