After you create a Sustainability Program, you can manage its outline, its topics, and their metrics individually. You can also manage the Program itself as a whole.
Open Sustainability Program
To open a Program:
- From the left navigation, click Sustainability Program to open your most recently visited Program.
- To view another Program, select it from current Program's name.
Tip: Workspace Owners can select a Program they don't have permissions to as a Program Owner, Editor, or Viewer — such as to update its permissions — under View as workspace owner.
Search Program for topic or metric
To quickly open a topic or metric from Program overview, search by the topic's name or the metric's name or ID from the search bar under the Program's name.
Tip: You can also search for topics and metrics from the outline.
Rename a Program
To rename a Program, either:
- Edit its name from Program overview.
- Double-click and edit its name in the outline.
Delete a Program
If you no longer need a Program — such as one used for testing — its Owner or the Workspace Owner can permanently delete it from the workspace.
Note: When you delete a Program, you also delete all of its metrics and their tasks.
- From Program overview, select Delete program from the menu.
- To confirm the deletion, enter the Program's name, and click Delete forever.
Review Program activities
From Settings, Workspace Owners can view workspace members' activities within a Program, its topics, and their metrics on the Activities tab.
