Export the certification responses report
If your process has certification actions, you can view and export the Certification responses report by going to the Certification responses tab. This report gives a summary view of the latest responses for all letters in the certification actions. It includes information about the signer’s response and any explanations to each letter question, whether or not the response was accepted or rejected, and any approver feedback.
You can export this report as a CSV file by clicking Export in the toolbar and selecting Certification responses (.csv).
Export all certification letters to PDF
Both before and after starting the process, you can export all certification letters in their current state by going to the Certification responses tab, clicking Export in the toolbar, and selecting All certification letters (.pdf). This will create a zip file containing separate PDF files for each letter in the process.
When including Hyperlinks, any attachments in the letters will be available to download via hyperlinks in the exported PDF files.
The export may take a while, so you can come back to the process later and click View exports from the Export button in the toolbar to view and download the completed exports.
Export a specific letter to PDF
If you want to export a specific letter in its current state:
- First open the letter:
- If you're the process owner, go to the Process tab in the process, click your desired certification action from the actions list, and click on the letter link in the Action details right-hand panel.
- If you're a signer or approver, you can open the letter using the link in your email notification for the certification task or by going to your certification task in the Tasks tab in Home.
- If you're the process owner, go to the Process tab in the process, click your desired certification action from the actions list, and click on the letter link in the Action details right-hand panel.
- Then, with the letter open, click Export letter to PDF in the toolbar to export the letter in its current state.
