Error
No valid API token provided.
Cause
This signals a problem with the supplied authentication method -- most often due to incorrect or missing credentials.
Solution
Verify your credentials
Check the credentials used in your chain against the connector's source system. Because authentication methods vary by connector, this may be an issue with the supplied username and password, account key, certificate, client ID and secret, or something else.
Most connectors have a defined authentication method, but when connecting to a source system with the HTTP Request connector or similar, you should ensure the correct authentication method is chosen for that platform.
Check for form errors
If the correct credentials are chosen, there may be an error in the connector form itself. When using the HTTP Request connector, for instance, we sometimes see the authorization value accidentally entered as a form value.
