Thanks for your question! These guidelines cover a number of use cases. The document setup, applying styles and best practices sections are general items for all use cases. There are a few pages that are specific to bringing the InDesign back into Wdesk as XHTML, this is for our ESEF use case. The glossary also contains information that is relevant to InDesign (if you are using the ICML export) and calls out items that are specific to a particular use case.
