Removing recipients from edgar-postmaster@sec.gov emails
已回覆When I file a Section 16 form, I receive an auto-generated notification email from "edgar-postmaster@sec.gov". These emails let me know if my submission was accepted. For example the subject could be: "ACCEPTED FORM TYPE 4 (0000776901-22-000113)" How can I remove other people that are CC'ed on these emails as well?

Hi, Julie! Thank you for the question. Emails are listed two places for those automated emails:
1. The email addresses you put in during the notification step in your Section 16 filing. For these, you could not include the email addresses that you don't want to receive those notifications.2. The SEC will automatically email configured default contact address for both the reporting owner and the CIK used to submit the filing. There is nothing that can be done currently to limit this.
