Workiva checklist error - unable to disconnect a file from the checklist

I have seen an error in Workiva where I have created a checklist for internal review of documents. I have linked the correct documents, however when selecting one of the documents another document (that I did not want to be included) was included. What compounds the issue, is that the document was in 'Trash', therefore it is appearing as greyed out in the checklist and it does not allow the ability to disconnect the file from the checklist. Is there a way to fix?

Hello Arnold,
I would recommend having a workspace owner restore the document from the trash and remove the link. You can also run a linked files report and remove the link from the document as well. Please let me know if you have any questions!
