Supporting Documentation - Collect
How is your team collecting supporting documents from external sources and partners for metrics and datapoints throughout your financial statements through workiva? We currently utilize Content Requests but wish for a more user-friendly way to collect the supporting workbooks or schedules from our partners

Hey KG, we currently use Jira to collect support that requires attachments or needed evidence of documentation. We are beginning actually this quarter to transition to using tasks for more of the "acknowledgement" type requests where we request narrative review within a filing, but it would be great if support and comments both could be integrated into the Task functionality; until this is done (and some of my requests for Task expanded functionality are in the development pipeline at Workiva), we will continue to have to use Jira.
