Overdue Status for PBC Requests
已回覆Is it possible to create an "Overdue" status for PBC requests in addition to the standard PBC statuses as shown below that could also be a field in PBC reports. The status of overdue should be calculated based on the due date. This would allow easier reporting and dashboarding for those PBCs that require immediate attention. Right now, showing a report or dashboard with overdue PBCs would require manual intervention and is really inefficient.

Thanks as always for the excellent questions. I did ask our experts and sadly you cannot have that value in the same status column, as those are hard-coded. However, we can use a graph calculation to calculate if a PBC is overdue and by how many days. Your CSM would be able to push this change request through for you.
