Paragraph Justification
Is there a way to justify paragraphs vertically so that the columns of text are even at the top and bottom of the page?

Thank you for your question. After following up it turns out that typically a paragraph can only be justified horizontally. If the document was in Presentation, you can have a text box that is rotated vertically and you can justify the text box for Documents. Additionally vertical text is only supported in a table, and for non-filing type documents. I hope this helps.
