Great news. Inline Spreadsheets comments is actually generally available for all accounts, so no beta access is required any longer. Here's the note from the announcement today. You should also see a Tour for it in Home.

Chuck it should be generally available now. Are you not seeing inline comments in your Spreadsheets?
