SOX - PBC request - upload error - yellow triangle by file name
A Control Owner is getting a yellow triangle next to a file when attempting to upload within a PBC Sample request.
The file size is 544 MB and it is an excel .xlsx file. Any hints as to what that error message means, and how to resolve it?

Hi Jackie, it sounds like this triangle is due to the file being too large. We scan for viruses up to 500 MB, it should be noted that performance (time to upload/download) is directly related to the size of files.
