13F-HR Filing
I am working on filing my first Form 13F-HR. When I do my test filing, the below header doesn't show up on the second page for the information table. It shows up on the first page (cover) page. Workiva support said they thought it would show up once you do the the live filing. Does anyone know if that's the case? Thank you.

To clarify, are you referring to the boxed segment where it starts, "The Securities and Exchange Commission...?"
Regardless, 13F filings are data-only filings. All of the HTML cover pages and other previews are generated from the data. So it doesn't matter what your internally generated preview looks like or says because the SEC will generate their own when live filed.
